The Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia 2011 Conference was held on the 6th December at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The EEAA Conference brings together a wide range of members for a full day of interaction in a conference setting. It is at this time each year that all our peers from the exhibition and events industry are gathered at one place. A part from being an excellence networking event, the conference provides continuing education for members on a range of issues affecting the exhibition and event industry.
The theme for the 2011 EEAA Conference was “Reinventing Your Value Proposition”. The doing of business face-to-face is the core strength and heart of our industry. The program was developed with input from a member committee. It is designed with our members and their core business in mind. The content looked at big issues related to building the value proposition – does our point of differentiation require reinvention or evolution? With interesting case studies throughout the program, the topics being presented are thought-provoking, offering new ways of thinking as well as new ways of doing.
