About the Role

To have an integral role in the service delivery of events before, during and after an event in order to achieve the highest level of service.


  • Experience in leading teams

  • Hospitality experience across Corporate Catering and Retail

  • Sound knowledge of emotional intelligence

  • Will require to oversee and deliver events of up to 400pax as well as kiosks and bars

  • Support the Catering and Retail team with training and development of casual employees

  • Computer literate

  • Strong organisational skills and time management
