About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Live Event Operations Manager to join our experienced Live Events Team. As a senior member of the Live Events team, this role will be a main point of contact for clients post sales and will be integral in the planning and operational delivery of all Live Events.


  • Minimum 2 year experience in planning for large scale and multi-faceted events with 500 + guests attendance

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent, preferably degree or in Event Management or business related discipline.

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

  • Ability and experience leading, coaching and managing line teams including performance management.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office package and event management systems (i.e. Ungerboeck).

  • Current working knowledge of the Live Entertainment and Convention industry

  • Proficient in written and oral communication, being able to produce a high standard of written reports and proven ability to use initiative with ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
