About the Role
Working closely with the Head of Delivery you will be driven to enhance and continually improve the quality and delivery of our events. You will have experience working with multiple stakeholders including Commercial Directors, Sales teams, Marketing teams and external suppliers to deliver our events, on time, within budget and to the brief. This role also places a large emphasis on customer service and developing strong and ongoing relationships in a growing industry.
Up to 5 years relevant skills and experience in event operations, including comprehensive knowledge of the events landscape and market complexities and competitiveness.
A proven track record of building and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the events space.
Superior project management skills and the operational capability to deliver an event on time and manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
Experience in preparing, setting and managing event production budgets.
Sensational time management, logistics management and communication skills.
A well-developed understanding of legal and contractual requirements and documentation in relation to events management, including OHS, and risk assessment and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint).
A relevant business/tertiary qualification (preferred).
