About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager is responsible for guiding the success of the brand within the Diversified portfolio by successfully managing products including exhibitions, summits, digital opportunities and conferences. Making strategic decisions based on market and competitor analysis to deliver market-leading products and ultimately grow market share. Key to the role is the ability to bring together a cross-functional team that is responsible for continual development and improvement of the product. The Product Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the event (or digital) products, including profit and loss responsibility, working in collaboration with the Commercial Director, marketing, sales and operations.
A relevant business/tertiary qualification preferred
Proven stakeholder management and communications skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Minimum 5 years product management experience, preferably within an events or digital environment
Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and evaluate a budget and business plan.
Time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
