About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Research Coordinator is responsible for assisting with building the pipeline of leads of potential business for ICC Sydney. Expanding the client database with potential meetings, exhibitions and events for ICC Sydney.


  • Year 12 or equivalent

  • Hospitality / Event Management qualifications or equivalent experience

  • Current knowledge of hospitality, convention and exhibition industry

  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite

  • High standard of writing and reporting skills

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Well organised and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proven ability to use initiative

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
