About the Role
Manage and advise on Retail (Food & Beverage) projects, including point of sale (POS) system upgrade, online ordering applications, the relaunch of the new LUME café concept and any other operational process projects.
Requirements
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Successful project execution
Effective Communication (written & verbal).
Ability to convey a message, in context, to a wider array of people.
Exceptional planning, organisational and administrational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
Experience with:
POS systems
Online ordering applications
F&B Retail operations
