About the Role

Manage and advise on Retail (Food & Beverage) projects, including point of sale (POS) system upgrade, online ordering applications, the relaunch of the new LUME café concept and any other operational process projects.


  • Responsible Service of Alcohol

  • Successful project execution

  • Effective Communication (written & verbal).

  • Ability to convey a message, in context, to a wider array of people.

  • Exceptional planning, organisational and administrational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).

  • Experience with:

  • POS systems

  • Online ordering applications

  • F&B Retail operations
