NEW BCEC MENU: Seasoned by Queensland 🍍


Our team of talented and dedicated Chefs is proud to bring you the essence of Queensland in our 2023/24 Menu.

The cleverly curated Menu is also a celebration of the extensive variety and abundance of the best quality fresh regional produce, enabling us to offer clients and guests a uniquely authentic and vibrant taste of our local cuisine.

BCEC has a long history of advocacy for quality and the provenance of Queensland produce and has established relationships with many award-winning farmers, fishers and producers who feature in the 2023/24 Menu.

Our famous seafood is sourced from the pristine waters of the Sunshine Coast and the coastal areas of Hervey Bay and Far North Queensland. Our fresh fruit and vegetables are foraged from Queensland’s Scenic Rim, including the Lockyer Valley, one of the 10 most fertile areas in the world, known as the Salad Bowl of Australia.

Executive Chef, Matthew Arnold is passionate about reducing food waste through sustainable practices in the Centre’s kitchens and through building relationships with local charities.

The mission of Matthew and his team is to create menus that deliver an extraordinary Queensland culinary experience, while helping guests to make sustainable choices.

2023/24 Menu Planner will be operational from 31st July.
