Turnkey Event Solutions (TES) today announced their company rebranding and the official
launch of their TES Recruitment division.
TES Recruitment is a specialised talent solutions agency focused specifically on the events
industry. Established by event industry heavyweights, Dan Londero and John Gorton, TES
Recruitment’s purpose is to deliver outstanding career outcomes by leveraging their many
decades of experience and extensive industry connections.
Dan Londero is a former Reed Exhibitions (RX) global executive who was a member of their
Worldwide Board for well over a decade. According to Londero, TES Recruitment is a natural
extension to Turnkey Event Solutions’ consultancy services.
‘When John and I established Turnkey Event Solutions, we did so with one clear mission,
which was to provide leadership support to our industry at a time when it was needed
most. The work we did on our clients’ strategies and organisational design often led to them
seeking assistance on recruitment of new roles. This was the genesis of TES Recruitment.’
Londero said.
John Gorton explained further on how TES Recruitment is differentiated from most
recruitment firms, ‘Between the two of us, Dan and I have built high performing event
teams for over 50 years and right across the world. We have recruited across all levels of
the event space, so we know real talent when we see it. That is why our clients trust us. We
deliver recruitment services for event professionals by event professionals.’
TES Recruitment offers a range of services which they describe as being ‘turnkey’ in nature.
Londero explained further, ‘We are not your typical recruiters, we provide strategic
organisational design input, job design input, recruitment, onboarding support, ongoing
staff coaching and mentoring and leadership development programmes. Our objective is
that our clients lean on us as their trusted confidant and partner.’
According to Gorton, TES Recruitment is focused on helping the industry as it enters a new
era. We have lost countless talented people to other industries. As our industry enters a
phase of growth, we aim to lure as many back as we can and we have active strategies in
place to do so. We are also working at a grass roots level to support up and coming talent.
We will be making some announcements shortly in relation to work we plan to do with the
emerging leaders of our industry. We’re passionate about our industry and will play a
proactive role in rebuilding it’.
