MEET MELISSA BROWN - CEO ABEA
Since its launch at the beginning of July, the Australian Business Events Association has continued to make positive steps to better fulfilling the needs of the industry.
The 90-Day plan continues to be delivered, with the next 90-Day plan (October to December) to be announced soon.
A special part of our journey has been the appointment of our new CEO - Melissa Brown. Melissa will spend her first weeks visiting our industry members and stakeholders.
It will be Sydney’s turn to meet Melissa on the 19th of this month.
The team at the Australian Business Events Association will also take the opportunity to again deliver the ABEA plan and vision for those in our industry interested in membership, or for those existing members looking to better understand the vision.
To take advantage of this special occasion, the industry, both members and non-members, are invited to attend a networking function where you can meet Melissa in person, have a chat with Peter King our ABEA Chair, talk to the ABEA team about the benefits of membership, and how your business can get involved in the State Chapters, Sector Pillars, or Special Interest Groups.
