About the Role

$105,000 OTE
Join the dynamic team at Australia's largest independent event organiser.
Our events are expanding and we are and looking for a Sales Manager to join our established sales team on the iconic Home Shows.
Your role is based in Bowen Hills, and we offer a flexible working environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The role is primarily focused on the sale of exhibition space to businesses whose products and services are relevant to consumers at our Brisbane Home Shows. The role is a mix of account management and new business development and we will provide you with all the necessary tools to succeed. What you do with these tools and how you achieve success is largely up to you. It can be done through a variety of different methods, such as face to face meetings, phone calling, emails, and creative marketing ideas.
As a high achieving salesperson with B2B experience, you will bring with you a passion and skill for new business development, a bundle of enthusiasm, fresh ideas and an ability to think laterally. We know everyone says this, but we really mean it when we say a strong culture is a non-negotiable to us here and being a team player is an absolute must.

• Sales experience and a successful track record in B2B sales
• A self-motivated person who wants to strive for success
• Strong time management skills and the ability to think logically
• A true team player who will live our company values and works collaboratively as part of a small and high performing team
